Willows Return Policy

Any return must be reported to Willows Fine Goods and Design within 10 days of order arrival. All returns must be requested in writing. Please email info@willowsdesign.com to request approval for a return. Customers sending unauthorized returns will receive no credit.

Restocking charges will apply on returns: 15% for stock orders. There are no returns for custom orders.

Each customer is responsible for return shipping of the item to our shop in the same condition as it was received.

Because some of our merchandise is made-to-order by small artisans who cannot afford to hold inventory, these sales are final. These include one-of-a-kind items and art.

That said, if something arrives broken or doesn't make you 100% happy, please contact us at info@willowsdesign.com within 10 days of receiving your order
and we will do everything in our power to make it better.
