Customers sending unauthorized returns will receive no credit.
Restocking charges will apply: 15% for stock orders. No returns for custom orders.
Customer is responsible for return shipping to our facility in the same condition as the product was received.
All claims must be reported to The Willows within 10 days of order arrival.
Because many of our items are made to order by small artisans who cannot afford to hold inventory, these sales are final.
That said, if something arrives broken or doesn't make you 100% happy, please contact us at 602-334-1345 within 10 days of receiving your order
and we will do everything in our power to make it better. no funny stuff, though - please do not use products before returning them.
